These terms govern the use of the website techvantagehubfr.com and the advisory services provided by Techvantagehubfr SAS. They were updated on 12 January 2026 to reflect recent regulatory changes (DSA, DMA, Omnibus directive).
2. Service description
Techvantagehubfr offers a complimentary personalised audit followed, on the basis of a signed quote, by a structured engagement to prepare, submit and follow up on files with French and European administrations.
3. Fees and invoicing
All fees are disclosed transparently in an individual quote. No fee is charged before you sign the quote. Invoices are issued upon completion of each contractual milestone and are payable within 30 days.
4. Client obligations
Clients commit to share accurate and complete information. Techvantagehubfr cannot be held liable for a denial of benefits resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.
5. Liability
Techvantagehubfr commits to a best-effort obligation, not to a result obligation: the final granting decision always lies with the competent administration. Our liability is capped at the fees actually received for the relevant engagement.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site (texts, illustrations, visual identity) is protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction without prior written consent is forbidden.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day period to exercise your right of withdrawal from the signature of the quote, except where execution has expressly started at your request.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute and after an amicable resolution attempt via our consumer mediator (Médiation MEDICYS), the Tribunal Judiciaire de Paris will have exclusive jurisdiction.
